Buyback option for www.wudzei.com store typically refers to the option for customers to return products between 800 days to 900 days from the date of Invoice is eligible for  a Refund (as per Product Value determine by the Valuer or the company) or Store Credit/Voucher, or for the store to repurchase the items after use of 800 days and return before lapse of 900 days.

Buyback Option – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for Buyback
   • The buyback option is available only for specific products, as listed on the website or in the product details page.
   • Products must be in their original condition (Damage, Broken, Mishandling in use) will attract the lower value in process of buyback.
   • The buyback option is only available for customers who have purchased directly from the wudzei.com.
   • The buyback program is limited to purchases made within the days between 800 to 900 days from the date of Invoice.

2. Buyback Process
   • To initiate a buyback, customers must contact our Customer Support team after completion of 800 days from the date of Invoice and wudzei.com will initiate the request to the valuer of the company to inspect the product and submit the value, [Customer Service Email/Phone] to request a return authorization.
   • The customer must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) when initiating a buyback request.
   • The Customer will inform the Customer Service and Wudzei.com will initiate the request to Valuer Agency for the Inspection of the Product.
   • Wudzei.com will be responsible to pick the product from the customer address.
   • A buyback request will be processed once the product is returned and inspected for eligibility.
3. Condition of the Product
   • The product must be returned in useable Condition, without Broken and Damaged, including any manuals, accessories, or free gifts that were included in the original purchase.
   • If the product is damaged, altered, or shows signs of no-use in Future (e.g. incomplete, highly damage), the buyback request may be denied, or the refund amount may be reduced.
4. Buyback Value
   • The value of the buyback will be determined by wudzei.com and is typically based on the condition of the product subject to MAXIMUM of :

A 18% of the Invoice Value to Be Credit in Customer Account Given at the time of the buyback request with in 30 days of the approve of the request.

B 23% of the Invoice Value to Be given as Store Credit/Store Voucher for purchase of another product from the wudzei.com with in 15 days of the approve of the request. 

4. If a buyback credit is issued, it may be in the form of a store credit, refund to the original payment method, or another agreed-upon form of compensation.

5. Refund and Store Credit
   • Refunds will be processed to the Customer on the Basis of his consent of 18% of the Invoice Value in Customer Account or the 23% of the Invoice value in store credit.
   • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
   • If store credit is issued, it will be available for use on future purchases on the wudzei.com website.
   • Store credit will be valid for 100 days from the date it is issued.

6. Exclusions
   • Certain products are excluded from the buyback option, including but not limited to:
     • Personalized or custom items
     • Digital goods (e.g., downloadable content, software)

6. The buyback option may not apply to items marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page.

7. Timeframe forBuyback
   • The customer must initiate a buyback after 800 days of the  (e.g., 30 days) of Invoice Date. Returns initiated after this period will not be eligible for the buyback option.
8. Shipping Costs
   • If the customer is responsible for return shipping, they will bear the cost of sending the item back to the warehouse.
   • In certain circumstances, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, wudzei.com may cover the return shipping costs.
9. Right to Refuse Buyback
   • Wudzei.com reserves the right to refuse any buyback request that does not meet the above criteria or where fraud or abuse is suspected.
   • In cases where a buyback request is denied, the customer will be notified and provided with the reason for the refusal.
10. Changes to the Buyback Policy
    • Wudzei.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the buyback option at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the buyback policy will be posted on the website.
11. Disputes and Governing Law
    • Any disputes arising out of or relating to the buyback option will be governed by the laws of India, Subject to Jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
    • Customers agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration or mediation, as outlined in our www.wudzei.com dispute resolution policy.
